HSE Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that all Prezicon site activities conform to statutory regulations, client requirements, and company HSE policies.
• Enforce compliance with safety permits (e.g., Work at Height, Hot Work, Confined Space Entry).
• Monitor subcontractor HSE performance and ensure alignment with site standards.
• Conduct routine/daily HSE inspections and walkthroughs of the worksite.
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions (anomalies) and initiate immediate corrective actions.
• Maintain records of inspections and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Proactively identify potential hazards and implement risk control measures.
• Respond immediately to accidents or near misses, assist in investigations, and help determine root causes.
• Ensure proper reporting of incidents and assist in developing corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct monthly HSE awareness Campaign,
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and refresher training sessions for workers.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and personal accountability.
• Ensure workers understand the use of PPE and safe work procedures.
• Maintain HSE logs, inspection checklists, and safety meeting records.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports to the HSE Manager or HSE Department.
• Track and close out safety observations, non-conformities, and action items.
• Participate in emergency drills and ensure site readiness.
• Ensure availability and readiness of firefighting, gas testing, and first aid equipment.
• Monitor site compliance with emergency evacuation routes and procedures.
• Assist the HSE Manager in developing and implementing HSE plans.
• Provide input during job safety analysis (JSA) and risk assessments.
• Support audits and client HSE inspections.

QMS RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively take part in QMS activities and processes
• Ensure Quality Objectives set, are tracked and monitored accordingly.
• Complies with company quality policy as well as regulatory & legal requirements to which company subscribes to
• Ensure risks and opportunities are identified and documented in an appropriate template.
• Ensure Stakeholder’s Matrix is established.
• QMS conformance and customer focus promotion
• Complies with ISO 9001:2015
